To ensure our users always have the best user experience, we may conduct internal investigations to remove stores that are no longer being used, duplicate charges etc. These investigations usually doesn’t involve server staff, as all investigations are conducted internally.
We may conduct an investigation when your store has not received an order in more than 14 days, could not deliver an order in 7 days, updated your store in more than 14 days, or you are no longer active on the server (checked via /isactive, only applies to store owners).
We normally do not notify our users of such investigations, as it does not affect your iCentiPay usage. Additionally, most internal investigations end with a happy ending, and we don’t find it nessesary to worry said user over this matter.
We will notify our user in case of store/account deactivation, or any changes that may occur on your store, or account. We will notify through email.
We just want to let you know that internal investigations usually does have a good outcome, and doesn’t usually affect you in anyway. We want to assure you that there’s nothing to worry about, unless you have used iCentiPay to commit fraudulent activities.
Additionally, we may involve server staff if we find any fraudulent activities. If such investigation takes place, we will follow all server staff investigation procedures.
