Server Staff Investigations

At iCentiPay, our users’ account security is most important to us. In order to protect our users from other fraudulent users, we follow the following steps during any investigation involving server staff.

  1. Notify our user within 48 hours of said investigation via email
  2. Provide necessary information to staff (does not include IP addresses, and email addresses)
  3. Deactivate said user’s account for 14 days, unless said otherwise

If said user committed fraudulent activities, iCentiPay will work closely with said user, and server staff to resolve said issue.
